If you're thinking about listing your home and you're not sure which realtor to list with, may I recommend that you list with Shelley Pelle?  While it might not seem that the realtor matters, let me tell you - it does.

Not all situations are alike.  In our case, a quick sale was not the priority but the priority of most of the realtors we spoke with.   Our home had a value to us and we were determined with he sale not to compromise the value, even if it took longer to sell.   Working with Shelley did she sell our home, yes, did we receive the value we were looking for, yes, did it take longer, yes, were we happy with the results, absolutely.

Prior to listing our home with Shelley we spoke with many other realtors.  Their strategies were all alike...in fact, when most of the realtors realized they would have to work hard to sell our home and it may not be a quick sale they declined the listing.

Shelley understood the challenges, she created a plan, never wavered in her commitment to sell our home and not compromise the value.  We worked the plan together, modifying when necessary and she always provided well thought out guidance.  This guidance was critical to the successful sale of our home.  The market conditions were constantly changing in Monument, Colorado for homes selling over $500,000 during the period of our listing - fall of 2012 until the sale of our home, the summer of 2013.
